Excitement abounds on the Avenue of the Animals

BEAST FEAST
October 7 & 8
11:00am – 2:00pm
It’s a bountiful treat for the Zoo’s pachyderms, big cats and
primates when the Zoo presents a pre-Thanksgiving feast. Zookeepers will feed the animals special treats of apples and whole pumpkins and even a traditional pumpkin pie to celebrate autumn in Philadelphia.BOO AT THE ZOO
October 28
9:30am – 3:00PM
Join little ghosts and goblins from around the region as the
Zoo’s 42-acres are transformed into a festive trick or treat trail. Exciting activities and a costume parade will make Boo at the Zoo the Halloween event of the season.NOVEMBER EVENTS
ZOO RUN FOR WILDLIFE
The Philadelphia Zoo’s annual 10k competitive race begins at the New Jersey State Aquarium, runs over the Ben Franklin Bridge and finishes at the Zoo. Proceeds from the race benefit the Zoo’s One With Nature conservation program. Corporate teams welcome.
