Bleu: Opened by restauranter Neil Stein in the Sheraton Rittenhouse Square Hotel, the intimate restaurant has an outdoor café facing Rittenhouse Square. Bleu serves American bistro cuisine with French and Asian influences. The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia: Four new restaurants include Pantheon and Paris Bar and Grill, The Vault, an intimate tobacco lounge, and The Rotunda, for afternoon tea, cocktails and light dining. Pantheon will serve classical Italian cuisine. Paris Bar & Grill will have an open kitchen and serve cuisine called "gourmet simplicity."
